I’m a counsellor who understands how overwhelming life can feel—especially when you’re used to carrying things on your own.
I have lived experience of trauma, difficult relationships and the ups and downs of real life. Because of this, I don’t see you as a problem to fix—I see you as a person who needs to be heard.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth and person-centred. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be yourself, without pressure or expectations.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need somewhere to start.

How I can Support You
I offer online counselling sessions where you can talk openly, at your own pace, in a space that feels safe and supportive. ​

Together, we can explore what's going on for you and make sense of your thoughts and feelings. and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I also have a strong connection with animals, and there are future plans to incorporate animal-assisted counselling into my work.
